Stable Transitions After Re-Entry (STAR) (re-entry program for youth referred by Santa Cruz County Juvenile Probation). Offering telehealth services. 

PARENTING SUPPORT

RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (YOUTH)

      .   

Tyler House (CARF-accredited short-term residential therapeutic program that provides youth with a structured environment and individualized treatment to successfully stabilize and transition to a lower level of care).Offering in-person therapy using appropriate PPE and social distancing. Accepting new clients (as of 7/14/20).
Referrals to Tyler House must be coordinated with a county's child welfare or probation system. If you are affiliated with a referring agency and would like to submit a placement referral, please contact the Tyler House program at 831-688-6293.


SERVICES FOR TRANSITION-AGE YOUTH (Ages 18-24):

        

TAY Services include counseling, skill building, and limited subsidized supportive housing for current and former foster and probation placement youth ages 15-24. Additional services, including case management, basic needs and resource connections for young people age 16-24, currently experiencing homelessness or are at immediate risk of homelessness; therapy and case management for victims of crimes and Smart Path assessments to access waiting lists for county wide housing programs, including emergency shelter.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES (ADULTS)

We offer the following services in English and Spanish at sliding-scale pricing and at NO cost to Medi-Cal members.

Counseling & Treatment

Substance Use & Prevention Counseling & Treatment (CARF Accredited) - Offering telehealth and limited in-person group and individual sessions.

Mental Health Counseling - Offering telehealth and limited in-person sessions for individual, couples and families.

Prevention & Psycho Education

Fostering Healthy Relationships (Domestic Violence Intervention; 52-week program meets most CA court-order requirements) – Offering weekly telehealth groups sessions.

Drinking Driver Program (Meets court and DMV requirements) - Offering telehealth and limited in-person sessions for individual, couples, families and groups.

Anger Management (12-week evidence-based curriculum) - Offering individual, group, and family telehealth and limited in-person sessions.

RE-ENTRY SERVICES FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE-INVOLVED COMMUNITY MEMBERS
Encompass offers individual counseling and case management services to community members exiting incarceration in Santa Cruz County. If you are seeking counseling, employment or housing support services and have recently been involved in the criminal justice system, please contact Corey Bryks, Re-Entry Services Manager at 831-423-2003 x3750.

MEDICALLY ASSISTED TREATMENT (MAT) 
“Whole person," evidence-based treatment to help you successfully overcome addiction and maintain long-term recovery). Accepting new clients via low-barrier intake process over the phone.

ADULT RESIDENTIAL SERVICES

River Street Shelter (32-bed emergency shelter for adult men and women experiencing homelessness) - Currently accepting new clients.  
Shelter Location: 115C Coral St, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Open 3:00pm - 8:00am daily.

Casa Pacific (CARF Accredited Short-term residential program focused on helping individuals maintain sobriety and move to independent living)  Currently accepting new clients 
Referrals must be coordinated with the County Behavioral Health system of care. Please contact them at 800-952-2335 to get started. If you are a service provider and would like to coordinate with Casa Pacific, please call 831-226-3909.   

El Dorado (CARF Accredited community-based, short-term treatment program for individuals stepping down from locked care) - Currently accepting new clients.

Telos (CARF Accredited short-term residential program that serves as a diversion to psychiatric hospitalization for individuals in crisis) - Currently accepting new clients.

Santa Cruz Residential Recovery (CARF Accredited 30-bed co-ed residential program, serving clients for 30-90 days, based on individual needs) - Currently accepting new clients.
