The ReTURN program provides therapy and intensive case management services for AB109 eligible probation clients who are adjusting to life after serving a jail or prison term. Services are designed to support clients in gaining self-awareness and autonomy, gaining prosocial skills, repairing relationships, and attaining and maintaining sobriety.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive assessments, collaborative treatment planning, individual and family cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, systems navigation, and intensive case management to assist clients in transitioning from incarceration back into the community.
Services Offered:
- Mental/Behavioral Health Services
- Intensive Case Management
- Family counseling, individual counseling
- Support with interpersonal skills, emotional regulation, and other coping skills, including impulse control, anger management, and nonviolent communication with no judgment or criticism
Eligibility:
- Must live within Santa Cruz County
- Must be 18 or older
- All clients must be referred to the program and approved for services by Santa Cruz County Probation. Coverage is in effect for services throughout duration of probation enrollment and for 90 days following discharge from probation.
